<p>Elég jó volt! A végén a snatchet könnyűnek éreztem át is váltottam 2&#215;32 kg-ra de megijedtem és nem válaltam. Egy kicsit több gyakorlás majd segít! A ring lábemelés csak úgy jött és nagyon meg is tetszett a gyakorlat, fogom csinálni gyakran!</p>

A gyűrűn (létrán) végzett fekvőtámasz és az evezés is soha nem látott számokban jelentkezik és az egykezes evezés sem nagyon ment eddig a 80 kg-al! A snatch metcon viszont kiütött rendesen.</p>
